How to Reach Uttarey

By Air

The nearest airport to Uttarey is Bagdogra, about 120 km away. From there, you can take a taxi to Siliguri and then catch a shared jeep or taxi to Uttarey. Alternatively, Pakyong Airport (around 80 km) is closer and can be more convenient.

By Train

The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP). From NJP, take a taxi or shared vehicle to Siliguri, and then head to the SNT Transport stand for jeeps to Uttarey.

By Road

Uttarey is accessible via road from Pelling, Dentum, and Siliguri. You will also pass by the famous Singshore Bridge, which is the second highest suspension bridge in Asia.
